TL;DR

Ux Designer (UI/UX Design): Designing user interfaces and experiences for responsive web and native applications with an accent on human-centered design principles and prototyping. Focus on delivering high-fidelity design solutions, collaborating across multiple teams, and applying user research findings.

Location: Plano, TX, hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Salary: Up to $40-50/hr, W2 only

• Deliver high-fidelity design solutions consistent with mature Design Systems.

Requirements

• Location: Plano, TX with hybrid work format (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
• English: B2 level or higher
• 4+ years experience in human-centered design and UX/Product design.
• Proficiency in Figma including advanced features like Auto Layout.
• Experience working within mature Design Systems.
• Strong collaboration and facilitation skills.
