What you will do

• Define and lead pure player customer strategy across countries and accounts.
• Oversee trade terms, pricing corridors, and promotion frameworks to drive profitable growth.
• Lead negotiations and investment planning based on pricing governance and competitive insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with regional teams and local markets for seamless execution.
• Manage key European ecommerce accounts with full P&L ownership.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Amsterdam or able to work onsite.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, e-Commerce, or related field.
• 5–10 years of account management experience with top European customers, preferably pure players.
• Strong commercial leadership skills including pricing strategy and negotiations.
• Fluent English required.
• Experience in beauty ecommerce and advanced MS Office skills.
