What you will do
- Define and lead pure player customer strategy across countries and accounts.
- Oversee trade terms, pricing corridors, and promotion frameworks to drive profitable growth.
- Lead negotiations and investment planning based on pricing governance and competitive insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regional teams and local markets for seamless execution.
- Manage key European ecommerce accounts with full P&L ownership.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Amsterdam or able to work onsite.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, e-Commerce, or related field.
- 5–10 years of account management experience with top European customers, preferably pure players.
- Strong commercial leadership skills including pricing strategy and negotiations.
- Fluent English required.
- Experience in beauty ecommerce and advanced MS Office skills.
