Customer Success Manager (E-commerce)

• Manage customer portfolio health, retention, and expansion.
• Consult customers to understand needs and translate them into action plans.
• Identify growth opportunities and value gaps with customers.
• Connect customer business objectives with hirify.global’s features adoption.
• Act as a strategic partner for logistic and technical challenges.
• Collaborate with hirify.global teams to meet success criteria.
• Build strong relationships through proactive health checks and communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• About 5 years of experience in supply chain/logistics or e-commerce.
• Excellent customer relationship, management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Commercially driven with a track record in sales or growing a book of business.
• Experience collaborating cross-departmentally.
• Fluent English and Dutch.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands (EU).
