What you will do

• Collaborate with sales and customers to understand requirements and design tailored implementation plans.
• Lead and manage the entire ERP implementation process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the development team to resolve technical challenges and integrate solutions with existing systems.
• Act as the primary customer contact during implementation, providing updates and addressing issues.
• Capture and log new feature suggestions for the engineering team.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical implementation, project management, consulting, or software development.
• Fluent in German and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused approach to delivering exceptional service.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and cloud-based SaaS solutions.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows.
