What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of CRM specialists, setting standards for operational excellence and collaboration.
- Manage daily team operations, workload distribution, and quality assurance of marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain email deliverability frameworks and best practices.
- Drive strategic CRM initiatives and lifecycle marketing roadmaps for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data, sales, and customer success teams to improve activation outcomes.
- Create scalable processes, SOPs, and training materials to support team growth.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work model based in New York City, United States
- English: Proficient (B2) required
- 3+ years hands-on experience in CRM, email marketing, or marketing operations with 2+ years in team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of email deliverability including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and compliance.
- Experience with CRM/ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Campaign, or Klaviyo.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
