• Craft compelling narratives showcasing hirify.global's impact across industries and formats
• Build and nurture relationships with key customers for marketing support
• Manage and grow customer advocacy and engagement programs
• Maintain a library of customer success stories and scale reference strategies
• Measure program impact through quarterly customer satisfaction surveys
• Partner with corporate marketing teams to amplify customer stories

Requirements

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with focus on customer marketing or advocacy
• Excellent communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders
• Experience executing marketing campaigns and programs driving customer engagement
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality standards
