What you will do

• Diagnose, make treatment decisions, and prescribe according to formulary and SOPs.
• Provide expert knowledge in general health, men's health, diagnostics, and weight loss.
• Offer proactive medicines information and education to patients and clinical staff.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
• Maintain patient records with detail and accuracy, report incidents, and identify clinical risks.
• Provide exceptional clinical care and advice in accordance with national and in-house guidelines.

Requirements

• Qualified Independent Prescriber registered with the GPhC, GMC, or NMC, with essential experience in independent prescribing.
• Extensive experience working in a clinical patient-facing setting (primary care, secondary care, or digital health).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with perfect grammar and spelling.
• Proficiency with electronic prescribing systems.
• Passion for telehealth, digital health, and telemedicine.
• Mandatory training including Safeguarding Adults L3, GDPR, information governance, and autism awareness.
• Full-time position (40 hours/week) with availability to work between Monday to Sunday, 7 am to 11 pm GMT.

Nice to have

• Interest or experience in weight management/obesity treatment or coaching.
• Clinical practice experience in a remote or digital health environment.
