What you will do

• Lead cross-disciplinary delivery teams (direct, matrix, and third parties) to deliver outcomes on time, to budget, and to the right standard.
• Facilitate squad ceremonies and remove blockers to maintain delivery flow.
• Create and manage delivery plans, aligning dependencies across squads and initiatives.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on roadmaps, refining and prioritising backlogs with Product Managers and Business Analysts.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies affecting delivery and benefits realisation.
• Manage squad/initiative budgets, track spend, and input into business cases and benefits tracking.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading business analysis in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Expert knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and ability to tailor methodologies to project needs.
• Advanced skills in requirements engineering, process optimisation, and data analysis.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Proven track record of delivering strategic change with measurable commercial benefits.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as IIBA (CCBA/CBAP), BCS Advanced Business Analysis, or Agile (Advanced Scrum, SAFe).
• Experience with vendor assessment and RFI/RFP processes.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in large-scale change initiatives.
