What you will do
- Lead the development of influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and measurable ROI.
- Oversee the execution of multiple influencer campaigns from kickoff to wrap, ensuring quality, compliance, and measurable impact.
- Guide Account Managers in daily client communications and execution tasks.
- Partner cross-functionally with Social, Strategy, Creator Success, Paid Media, Product, and Sales to deliver seamless integrated campaigns.
- Manage and mentor direct reports (Account Managers and Coordinators), fostering a high-performing and client-focused team.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, embedding innovation into client strategies and contributing thought leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital campaign management, with direct client-facing experience.
- Proven ability to lead client strategy and deliver results against brand objectives.
- Strong management experience, including coaching and performance reviews.
- Deep knowledge of social platforms, influencer best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
