What you will do
- Design and implement growth strategies based on HubSpot’s Loop Marketing Framework to drive pipeline and customer value.
- Lead executive workshops to define priorities, KPIs, and integrated marketing frameworks.
- Build trusted advisor relationships linking marketing initiatives to business impact.
- Apply expert knowledge of HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs to optimize automation and reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, paid media, SEO, and RevOps teams to activate scalable growth strategies.
- Develop and share frameworks and playbooks to elevate strategist capabilities and client outcomes.
Requirements
- Remote work with standard Eastern Time business hours.
- 5+ years of B2B growth marketing experience in demand generation, ABM, PLG, preferably in agency, consultancy, or SaaS.
- Deep expertise in HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs including automation and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HubSpot, GA4, and Databox.
- English language proficiency at least B2 level.
