What you will do

  • Own end-to-end integrated campaign strategy for Europe, aligning with regional and global business priorities.
  • Define measurable campaign goals linked to pipeline creation and revenue growth across multiple markets.
  • Lead cross-functional campaign planning and secure alignment with senior stakeholders across Sales, Product Marketing, and Global Marketing teams.
  • Measure and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools like Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and Demandbase.
  • Direct creative and content development with internal teams and external agencies to ensure messaging resonates across diverse European markets.
  • Manage multi-channel budgets and assess new channels and innovations to maximize ROI and pipeline impact.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid role based in Dublin or London
  • 5+ years of SaaS/B2B/high-tech marketing experience with proven success in integrated campaign delivery.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to work independently in a complex matrixed environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase or 6Sense, Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) is required; additional European language skills are a plus.
