What you will do

• Meet with strategic customers to understand critical audio and voice AI needs and pain points.
• Identify relevant use cases and work with Engineers to implement innovative AI solutions.
• Design and architect bespoke integrations, ensuring seamless technology fit into customer products and operations.
• Guide customers on best practices for implementing voice and audio AI models to maximize effectiveness.
• Present work results and future proposals to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives.
• Take full ownership of end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners.

Requirements

• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration for scripting and prototyping.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, summarizing complex technical concepts using logic.
• Proven track record of taking ownership of complex projects and delivering results.
• Adaptability to work across different customer environments and technical use cases.
• Technical aptitude to quickly understand voice and audio AI models and their applications.
