What you will do

• Drive adoption of hirify.global’s AI agent Fin to automate and scale customer support operations.
• Work closely with strategic customers to understand business challenges and technical requirements.
• Act as a technical expert and trusted advisor, coding alongside customer teams to deliver solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Success, and Product teams to ensure project success and provide product feedback.
• Contribute to evolving the Forward Deployed Engineering function by codifying best practices.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work onsite in London at least three days per week (hybrid).
• Experience building SaaS products; startup or founder experience is a plus.
• Interest and understanding of AI/ML concepts and architectures.
• Proficiency in a high-level programming language such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite with customers to build relationships.
