Location: Remote - North America (United States and Canada) with required overlap 8am to 12pm PT

What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end scalable AI systems including modeling, integration, and deployment.
• Improve multi-agent workflow systems involving task decomposition, intent modeling, and LLM memory.
• Build evaluation systems to measure agent performance offline and online to guide product decisions.
• Manage the full model lifecycle: data exploration, development, evaluation, launch, monitoring, and iteration.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Design, and human-expert loops to improve quality.
• Explore and apply emerging AI research and techniques to the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Must have legal authorization to work in the country of residence (US or Canada) with no visa sponsorship available.
• 5+ years experience shipping ML/AI systems in production for large-scale, user-facing or data-driven products.
• Deep expertise in ML, NLP/LLMs, recommender systems, search, and ranking.
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML infrastructure including model serving and experiment tracking.
• Comfortable working in high-velocity, cross-functional product teams with ownership from idea to deployment.
• MS/PhD in a technical field or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-agent or workflow-based AI systems.
• Hands-on work with retrieval-augmented generation, prompt strategies, or knowledge-centric systems.
• Experience with reinforcement learning methods.
• Prior experience in search systems or AI development tooling.
