What you will do

• Build text-based generative AI applications end-to-end.
• Focus on benchmarking and experimentation with models, prompts, and system design.
• Dive deeper into topics like synthetic data generation, model distillation, and training embedding models for retrieval.
• Define and build the ML platform, enabling cutting-edge AI agents.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering or a similar quantitative field — or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience implementing practical ML algorithms and scaling them to millions of datapoints.
• 3+ years of experience developing in Python.
• Familiarity with at least one ML framework such as PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow, or similar.

Nice to have

• NLP or reinforcement learning experience.
• Experience applying AI to life sciences or related fields.
• Familiarity with cloud tooling around one or more of CI/CD, dockerization, model serving, data processing.
