TL;DR

AI Engineer (AI): Building and optimizing end-to-end ML/AI features to solve real problems, from training predictive models to prototyping LLM-powered tools with an accent on detecting car faults and automating processes. Location: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Remote work from abroad allowed for up to 183 days a year.

What you will do

• Develop, train, and deploy ML models.
• Build and deploy various AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with product teams to turn AI/ML ideas into features for users.
• Help the organization adopt AI tools and automate internal processes.
• Monitor and ensure the performance and quality of AI/ML solutions.
• Maintain reproducible code, testing, and documentation standards.

Requirements

• Hands‑on experience developing and deploying ML models or AI solutions to production.
• Proficiency in Python and core ML libraries (Pandas, PyTorch, etc.).
• Strong understanding of statistics, probability, A/B testing, feature engineering, and validation.
• Experience deploying AI features using Docker and API‑based microservices.
• Ability to juggle smooth communication and project execution.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of IoT / connected device data flows.
• Knowledge of experiment design and A/B testing.
• General understanding of CI/CD concepts.
