What you will do

• Build and optimize autonomous AI agents leveraging generative AI to automate financial workflows.
• Design, train, evaluate, and deploy ML models for forecasting, predictive analysis, and transaction categorization.
• Engineer and optimize data pipelines for raw, structured, and unstructured financial data.
• Incorporate advanced transformer-based architectures and embedding techniques to enhance automation and insights.
• Perform rigorous model performance testing, data validation, and diagnostics to ensure production reliability.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam or London offices (hybrid)
• 5+ years experience as Data Scientist, Data Engineer, or ML Engineer delivering impactful machine learning solutions.
• Financial domain expertise in forecasting, predictive modeling, and transaction analytics.
• Proficiency in Python and experience deploying ML models to production.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems in a fast-paced environment.
• English language proficiency at least B2 level

• Experience in automation, business intelligence, or process optimization within finance teams.
