What you will do
- Build and optimize autonomous AI agents leveraging generative AI to automate financial workflows.
- Design, train, evaluate, and deploy ML models for forecasting, predictive analysis, and transaction categorization.
- Engineer and optimize data pipelines for raw, structured, and unstructured financial data.
- Incorporate advanced transformer-based architectures and embedding techniques to enhance automation and insights.
- Perform rigorous model performance testing, data validation, and diagnostics to ensure production reliability.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam or London offices (hybrid)
- 5+ years experience as Data Scientist, Data Engineer, or ML Engineer delivering impactful machine learning solutions.
- Financial domain expertise in forecasting, predictive modeling, and transaction analytics.
- Proficiency in Python and experience deploying ML models to production.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems in a fast-paced environment.
- English language proficiency at least B2 level
