What you will do

• Build, train, and optimize ML and deep learning models including GenAI and LLMs
• Develop scalable data ingestion, transformation, and training pipelines
• Deploy AI models to production and create APIs for integration
• Research and integrate latest AI/ML advancements and collaborate with research partners
• Drive adoption of emerging LLM/MLOps technologies and AI automation frameworks

Requirements

• Must have 4+ years experience in ML engineering or applied AI
• Proven experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG, MCP, and Python ML frameworks
• Experience deploying and scaling ML models in production environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Eligibility to work in a European country without visa sponsorship

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-hop RAG systems and chain-of-thought prompting
• Knowledge of LLM inference and serving technologies
• Awareness of LLM-specific risks like hallucinations and data privacy
