Location: 100% Remote with office in Gdańsk

Salary: 800-1000 PLN net per day (B2B contract)

What you will do

• Facilitate all agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and planning sessions
• Manage and groom product backlogs, shaping upcoming sprint scopes
• Monitor team capacity and velocity, ensuring alignment with organizational standards
• Remove impediments and resolve conflicts across teams and with stakeholders
• Ensure clear communication of progress, goals, and milestones through reporting
• Oversee deployment logs and change/incident management processes

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in multi-team environments
• Experience with agile ceremonies and backlog management
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira
• Ability to coordinate work across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Work format: 100% remote with office in Gdańsk
