What you will do
- Act as a strategic partner to business and technology leaders, owning performance targets and KPIs.
- Design and optimize organizational structures for scalability and clarity within technology and product teams.
- Lead workforce planning, succession, and leadership pipeline development aligned with business growth.
- Coach senior leaders through transformation and operational change.
- Use people analytics and organizational metrics to diagnose issues and drive action.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions for technical teams.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Athens, Greece
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience including 4+ years in senior HR Business Partner roles.
- Experience partnering with technology or product leadership in complex environments.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using dashboards and metrics to guide decisions.
- Executive-level communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
