What you will do
- Lead impactful and transformative initiatives to elevate employee engagement and foster a culture of learning and growth.
- Support and guide coaches to enable compelling career and work experiences for a scope of around 120 employees.
- Partner with internal centers of expertise in Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Total Rewards to deliver high impact on people processes.
- Support and coach the leadership team within your scope.
- Enable impactful quarterly performance reviews and nudge 360Learners into defining personal growth plans.
- Join global DEI efforts and deliver high-profile global projects for the People and Culture team.
Requirements
- 3+ years in HR Leadership roles in France.
- Good level in French employment law.
- Excellent coaching abilities and business acumen.
- Hands-on mindset with a data-driven and results-oriented approach.
- Fluent English (US/UK).
Nice to have
- Experience in a US-based company with some knowledge in US employment law and employee relations.
