What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, executing FX and financial products and upselling hirify.global’s product suite.
• Collaborate with sales teams to originate business and understand client strategies and industries.
• Analyze competition to better position hirify.global’s banking solutions.
• Deliver on KPIs including revenue growth, client retention, and wallet-share expansion.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional presentations and meetings.
• Provide feedback to product and technology teams and originate new business via networking.

Requirements

• Strong financial services experience in sales or relationship management with an established network.
• Experience in FX institutions, commercial banks, or selling financial instruments to SMEs and corporates.
• Solid understanding of compliance requirements.
• Fluency in Dutch and strong business-level English.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with senior-level relationship building.
• Technical ability in statistical/fundamental analysis and risk management.
