- Manage existing relationships with lending companies in the non-bank lending sector globally
- Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure partner needs are met
- Lead complex negotiations and manage contractual processes
- Identify new business opportunities and potential for deeper cooperation
- Build and maintain strong C-level relationships with decision-makers
- Communicate the hirify.global value proposition effectively to increase cooperation volumes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management and/or sales, ideally in non-bank lending
- Hands-on experience with complex relationship and stakeholder management
- Strong communication skills and ability to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Business-level or higher proficiency in English
