Location: Remote (Spain)

Compensation: €118,500–€149,250 OTE

What you will do

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
  • Manage the entire sales process including meetings, demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Understand and communicate the value of Grafana Cloud and Enterprise products.
  • Maintain and manage sales pipeline and forecasts using Salesforce.
  • Handle quote creation, order processing, and customer requests.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Spain with ability to work remotely.
  • 2+ years experience in infrastructure technology sales with a strong track record.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken) at fluent level.
  • Experience in consultative sales and managing technical product sales.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships virtually and in person.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Arabic and/or Spanish.
  • Familiarity with open source technology.
  • Experience using Salesforce and sales methodologies like MEDD(P)ICC.
