Senior Account Executive (SaaS): Securing and growing revenue for existing customers by managing contract renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities with an accent on negotiation strategies and C-level relationship management. Location: Remote (within the US and Canada), or Hybrid in Toronto or New York (NY)
Salary: $180,000–$200,000 OTE

What you will do
- Achieve financial and strategic targets to minimize revenue attrition, secure favourable contract terms, and identify incremental sales revenue.
- Develop and implement successful negotiation strategies to secure every contract and generate incremental revenue.
- Partner with Customer Success, Partner teams, and Marketing to develop clear growth strategies for your territory.
- Maintain accurate forecasts, identify at-risk renewals, and develop strategies for timely contract closure.
- Work with internal partners to deliver continuous improvements to the sales motion and processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience selling or serving SaaS or enterprise solutions to F1000 companies.
- Proven success record achieving goals/targets/KPIs in Sales or Account Management.
- Ability to develop and execute full cycle sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to engage, build, and manage C-level and Executive relationships.
- Experience selling to Procurement, ESG, Sustainability, Compliance, or Supply Chain personas.
- Strong objection-handling skills and experience with value-based contract negotiations.
- Fluent in English; additional language would be an asset.
