What you will do
- Engage confidently with senior client stakeholders and identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities.
- Create structured account plans and long-range client strategies within existing accounts.
- Translate client business goals into actionable initiatives for delivery teams.
- Ensure cross-functional teams are aligned on milestones and deliverables.
- Build strong relationships and maintain high client retention and satisfaction.
- Lead client meetings, produce clear action plans, and manage several accounts simultaneously.
Requirements
- English: C1 level required
- Strong communication skills and commercial mindset.
- Experience creating structured account plans and long-range client strategies.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, delivery workflows, and how digital products are built.
- Exceptional organizational ownership and relationship-building skills.
- Structured thinking, problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple accounts while staying ahead of client expectations.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with business models across multiple domains, including Insurance, Finance, Banking, Healthcare, Retail, or Education.
