What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with hirify.global’s business goals.
- Initiate, develop, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with strategic partners.
- Drive joint solution development and go-to-market activities from concept to execution.
- Lead partner negotiations and coordinate technical onboarding and integration for new partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams.
- Establish clear KPIs to measure partnership effectiveness and report on progress.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally within cloud computing, AI/ML, or open-source software environments.
- Strong understanding of database & search technology, AI/ML ecosystems, and open-source solutions.
- Proven track record in identifying, negotiating, and scaling strategic partnerships that drive revenue and product adoption.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to develop and execute partnership strategies that align with broader business objectives.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams.
