TL;DR

Partner Manager (AI): Building and nurturing strategic relationships for a fast-growing, open-source vector search company with an accent on driving revenue and product adoption through joint solution development and go-to-market activities. Focus on identifying and prioritizing potential partners, leading negotiations, and coordinating technical onboarding and integration.

Location: Candidates preferably located in San Francisco, New York, or London.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with hirify.global’s business goals.
  • Initiate, develop, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with strategic partners.
  • Drive joint solution development and go-to-market activities from concept to execution.
  • Lead partner negotiations and coordinate technical onboarding and integration for new partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Establish clear KPIs to measure partnership effectiveness and report on progress.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally within cloud computing, AI/ML, or open-source software environments.
  • Strong understanding of database & search technology, AI/ML ecosystems, and open-source solutions.
  • Proven track record in identifying, negotiating, and scaling strategic partnerships that drive revenue and product adoption.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to develop and execute partnership strategies that align with broader business objectives.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams.
