What you will do
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders within target accounts through personalized outbound outreach.
- Qualify opportunities by understanding business challenges and demonstrating hirify.global's value.
- Partner with Account Executives to schedule high-quality discovery meetings with decision-makers.
- Conduct deep research to map organizations, identify contacts, and tailor outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align strategies and share field insights.
- Maintain accurate data in CRM and prospecting tools.
- Take initiative, embrace feedback, and continuously improve your sales craft.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years in outbound sales or business development within SaaS required.
- English: Native or minimum C1 level required (other languages are a bonus).
- Goal-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Able to create personalized, compelling outreach.
- Excellent communicator, confident in engaging senior stakeholders.
- Organized and detail-oriented, managing multiple conversations effectively.
- Comfortable with sales intelligence and automation tools.
