What you will do

• Identify and engage with key stakeholders within target accounts through personalized outbound outreach.
• Qualify opportunities by understanding business challenges and demonstrating hirify.global's value.
• Partner with Account Executives to schedule high-quality discovery meetings with decision-makers.
• Conduct deep research to map organizations, identify contacts, and tailor outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align strategies and share field insights.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM and prospecting tools.
• Take initiative, embrace feedback, and continuously improve your sales craft.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years in outbound sales or business development within SaaS required.
• English: Native or minimum C1 level required (other languages are a bonus).
• Goal-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Able to create personalized, compelling outreach.
• Excellent communicator, confident in engaging senior stakeholders.
• Organized and detail-oriented, managing multiple conversations effectively.
