TL;DR

Strategic Partner Manager (Martech): Manage and grow strategic partnerships with Data, Cloud, AI, and Martech providers to increase revenue and market impact with an accent on partnership strategy, business plan execution, and relationship building. Focus on designing and managing partnership strategies, driving go-to-market initiatives, and collaborating cross-functionally to unlock growth opportunities.

Location: Must reside on the East Coast (NY/NJ, Atlanta, Charlotte, or South Florida)

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end management of Data, Cloud, and Martech partnerships with strategic intent to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Design, execute, and manage partnership strategies and business plans ensuring partner KPIs are met.
  • Manage Partner Portals and coordinate with internal teams to maximize partnership opportunities.
  • Build and maintain deep long-term relationships with current and new partners.
  • Scope and map the market to identify new partnership opportunities and represent hirify.global in partnership arenas.

Requirements

  • Must reside on the East Coast (NY/NJ, Atlanta, Charlotte, or South Florida).
  • 6+ years in Business Development, Partner Management, or Strategic Alliances in technology.
  • 4+ years managing strategic partnerships with Hyperscale Cloud Providers (AWS, Snowflake, Sigma, Adobe).
  • Proven success in developing and scaling go-to-market strategies with alliance partners.
  • Experience negotiating complex partnership agreements and working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal teams.
  • Strong relationship management and collaborative skills, comfortable working autonomously and in dynamic teams.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of leading providers like AWS and Snowflake.
  • High-level understanding of Data, AI, and Cloud technologies.
  • Leadership experience in strategic projects.
  • Experience utilizing vendor partner program benefits such as Marketing Development Funds and PoC funding.
