TL;DR
Business Development Representative (BDR): Driving sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers with an accent on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams. Focus on scheduling meetings, personalized outreach, and maintaining CRM records to generate high-quality leads.
Location: On-site in Paris with up to 2 days per month remote work
Salary: €58,000–€63,000 per year including €24,000 commission (uncapped) plus stock package

What you will do
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone to connect with potential clients
- Qualify leads by identifying decision-makers and assessing their needs
- Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives to advance sales
- Research target industries and personalize outreach efforts
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead conversion
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline status
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Paris or willing to relocate
- English: Full professional proficiency required
- Native French speaker required
- Strong outbound mindset with high-volume outreach experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with sales tools like CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus

- Previous sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
