What you will do
- Lead and manage a team of Account Executives and Account Managers focused on new business, renewals, and expansion.
- Drive revenue delivery and forecasting for the French market, ensuring pipeline accuracy and deal strategy execution.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on execution and customer outcomes.
- Coach and develop sales managers and individual contributors to raise performance standards.
- Represent the French market voice within the EMEA leadership team and lead strategic customer engagements.
Requirements
- Must be based in France with native-level French fluency and strong English proficiency.
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS sales with 3+ years leading multi-layered sales teams at scale.
- Proven track record in new ARR, renewals, and expansion revenue delivery.
- Expertise in forecasting, pipeline inspection, and deal strategy.
- Experience with Salesforce and modern GTM tech stack.
- Strong leadership, coaching skills, and executive presence.
