What you will do
- Support strategic clients in their digital training strategy using the hirify.global platform.
- Build strong relationships with HR executives (CHRO, Chief Learning Officer, Digital Learning Manager) to develop usage, adoption, and impact of the solution.
- Coordinate hirify.global resources (technical, pedagogical) and empower clients with strategic positioning and vision.
- Ensure contract renewal and identify new project opportunities for account development (up-selling and cross-selling).
- Define learning transformation roadmaps with clients and identify necessary resources.
- Develop and share good business practices with the entire Client Success team.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Client Success Manager, HR/Learning/Change Management Consultant, or Digital Learning Manager.
- Ability to lead complex and impactful projects for Strategic accounts (more than 12,500 employees).
- Proven knowledge of the SaaS B2B industry.
- Demonstrated interest in the digital industry, education, and e-learning.
- Native French and excellent English proficiency (B2 minimum).
