What you will do

• Own end-to-end technical design for core revenue platforms, specifically Salesforce and Marketo, ensuring scalability.
• Design the architecture for the Growth tech platform, utilizing Hightouch and Databricks for data modeling and enrichment.
• Architect technical patterns for integrating in-house AI agents and third-party tools, ensuring data flow and system stability.
• Lead technical assessment, architecture validation, and Proof of Concept for new tech vendors.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across engineering, commercial, product, and data analytics to achieve customer outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 7 years’ experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or solution architecture roles.
• Deep experience designing solutions within Salesforce and Marketo is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing principles and SQL databases.
• Track record of providing architectural guidance across all phases of software development.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to deeply understand customer needs and navigate to successful solutions.
• A bias towards outcomes and customer success, with relentless focus and creativity to achieve objectives.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with modern data tools like Databricks and Reverse ETL (e.g., Hightouch) is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the payments domain / financial services.
