What you will do
- Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor.
- Drive requirement gathering and act as the Salesforce platform expert.
- Bring an experience design-focused mindset to solutions.
- Work with clients to build strategy and roadmap, enabling quick wins and long-term goals.
- Leverage Salesforce technologies like Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Einstein for Service, or Service Intelligence.
- Provide input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans, translating business requirements into well-architected solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role.
- 5+ years of CRM industry experience.
- Ability to drive requirement gathering.
- Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
- Experience with GenAI prompt writing.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Agentforce or other Generative AI driven platforms, or Einstein Service Intelligence or Next Best Action.
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes across disparate systems.
- Ability to lead a cross-functional team to create rich end user experiences.
