What you will do

• Design and implement advanced AI/ML systems focusing on LLMs, AI Agents, and RAG architectures.
• Build conversational AI interfaces for multi-turn interactions with context maintenance and escalation to human agents.
• Develop production-grade AI pipelines for data processing, model training, fine-tuning, and serving at scale.
• Implement feedback loops and continuous learning systems to improve model performance over time.
• Create analytics dashboards and reporting tools to measure automation effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Lead technical initiatives for AI system integration and collaborate with data scientists and ML researchers.

Requirements

• Location: Singapore
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years backend software development experience with Python (strongly preferred), Golang, or Java.
• Experience building production AI systems including chatbots and virtual assistants using LLMs.
• Expertise in natural language understanding, intent classification, and knowledge base systems.
• Experience with REST API design, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and cloud deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
