What you will do

  • Lead and inspire a team of Regional Sales Directors and Account Executives to drive performance and growth.
  • Define and implement go-to-market strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Cultivate relationships with senior leaders to position hirify.global solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, and partner teams.
  • Drive accountability to exceed sales goals, focusing on new public sector accounts and existing customer expansion.
  • Hire, mentor, and develop diverse sales talent.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia
  • Proven senior enterprise sales leadership experience managing multiple teams or regions.
  • Success in driving sales strategies that exceed targets.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills at the executive level.
  • Experience in technology industry with SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS and CRM knowledge.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to analyze complex data for growth insights.
