What you will do
- Lead strategic engagement with Cloud Services Providers (CSP) in APJ, ANZ, and LATAM.
- Architect and execute a unified partner strategy connecting CSPs with ISVs, GSIs, and local ecosystem players.
- Own the CSP partner pipeline and drive partner-sourced and influenced pipeline growth.
- Execute joint offerings with partners and leverage hirify.global and partner program assets.
- Drive strategic deals to closure and localize global programs for the ANZ market.
- Orchestrate scalable tri-party plays that unlock repeatable demand across markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (graduate degree a plus).
- Minimum 15 years’ experience managing complex relationships in high-tech, with expertise in partner alliance management at strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
- Proven experience with Hyperscaler/CSP programs and sales motions.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively at senior management and C-executive levels.
- Strong understanding of business culture in Japan, Australia, and New Zealand.
Nice to have
- Track record in AI product and analytics solution campaign management or experience with regional systems integrators, consulting firms, resellers, distributors, and cloud providers.
- Experience in strategy, business planning formulation, and execution with measurable results.
- Ability to manage complex selling environments and align objectives between partners and hirify.global.
