What you will do

• Own APAC partnership strategy and lead publisher engagement across all markets.
• Drive growth in emerging media channels including CTV, BVOD, audio, DOOH, and premium publishers.
• Oversee enablement and expansion of publishers within hirify.global’s deals library.
• Set KPIs and frameworks to measure inventory access and partner success region-wide.
• Build and deepen senior relationships with major APAC publishers and SSP partners.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events and collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product development.

Requirements

• Must have 12+ years in advertising technology with senior sales or partnership roles.
• Experience managing partnerships across multiple APAC markets with cultural and regulatory awareness.
• Strong executive relationship-building and strategic planning skills.
• Proven ability to influence product and technical teams.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

• Experience with DSPs and SSPs.
• Additional Asian language proficiency.
