What you will do

• Own day-to-day relationships with all signed services partners in ANZ as the single point of contact.
• Drive and manage partner onboarding across sales training, technical enablement, security, and support operations.
• Ensure partner readiness to deploy and resell hirify.global solutions through project plans and milestone tracking.
• Collaborate with partners to co-develop solutions, demos, and localized technical documentation.
• Monitor partner performance, flag risks, and drive remediation or acceleration plans.
• Coordinate across internal teams to meet partner needs and maintain alignment.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia with hybrid work model (3 days in office per week).
• 7+ years experience in alliances, partner success, or sales in enterprise software or systems integration.
• Strong program management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Experience with hyperscale cloud or enterprise SaaS vendors and regional partner ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence without authority.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, collaborative environment.
