What you will do

• Drive visual design evolution and brand expression across web surfaces.
• Lead with an AI-first design and development mindset.
• Shape core UI aspects, including data visualization and motion application.
• Build and evolve design systems, frameworks, and documentation.
• Ensure end-to-end accountability from early concept through implementation.
• Contribute to high-level strategic decisions and provide creative direction to partners.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience on creative teams and in technical environments.
• 8+ years of software design, visual design, interaction design, UX design, and prototyping experience.
• Experience building and evolving websites and apps.
• Outstanding systems thinking, visual design, and product thinking for websites.
• Experience defining motion libraries for UI and building data visualization libraries.
• Experience with front-end engineering constraints and partnering with Front-end Engineering.
• Experience designing for inclusivity and diverse audiences (international, multi-language, accessibility).
• A portfolio of work showcasing design process is required with your application.
