TL;DR

Principal UX Designer (UI/UX Design): Lead design, prototyping, and evaluation of hirify.global’s marketing intelligence platform with an accent on user-centered B2B product design and enterprise-grade UX. Focus on creating intuitive, data-heavy interfaces, driving end-to-end customer experience, and mentoring design teams.

What you will do

  • Engage directly with customers to translate needs into design requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
  • Develop and advocate a strong UX/UI vision for the hirify.global platform.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate product functionality.
  • Iteratively deliver and enhance products that empower marketers with actionable insights.
  • Mentor other designers and build partnerships with brand and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating strategic and visual excellence.
  • Expert knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Extensive UX experience in B2B and enterprise customer environments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with marketing, advertising, or eCommerce products.
  • Remote work capability as the role is fully remote.

Nice to have

  • Experience with game design, storyboarding, participatory design, or motion/entertainment-related design methods.
