What you will do

• Design user-centered interfaces for websites, landing pages, campaigns, and digital products to enhance usability, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Create prototypes and wireframes to visualize and test design concepts before development, reducing errors and improving efficiency.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Development teams to ensure design aligns with strategic objectives and brand guidelines.
• Maintain design systems and consistent branding across digital touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and professional user experience.
• Mentor mid-level UX/UI designers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience working with UX/UI design in a product-led environment.
• Professional degree in graphic design or visual design.
• Proven proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma and Adobe suite.
• Excellent visual, UI, information architecture, and interaction skills.
• Fluent in English, effective written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with interaction design.
• Ability to read CSS- and HTML-code.
• Experience in Mobile App design.
• Any other European language is a plus.
