What you will do

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end design process, from research and concept development to delivery and iteration.
• Lead user-centered design initiatives, using insights from UX research to make informed design decisions.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and scalable design systems ensuring consistency and excellent user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design aligns with business goals.
• Champion accessibility and inclusive design, ensuring interfaces are usable by everyone.
• Support junior designers, helping them grow professionally.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in UX/UI design principles including typography, layout, color theory, and scalable design systems.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Experience conducting and applying UX research, turning insights into actionable designs.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think strategically and drive innovative solutions.

Nice to have

• Service design or behavioral design expertise.
• Android-specific design knowledge.
