What you will do

• Design and ship product features across web and mobile applications for global clients.
• Lead discovery activities including user interviews, workshops, and journey mapping.
• Translate insights into UX outputs like user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Create polished, responsive UI designs in Figma and contribute to design systems.
• Prototype and test ideas early, iterating based on data and feedback.
• Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams and mentor junior designers.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Remote work from Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• 4+ years experience in UI/UX or Product Design with a strong portfolio.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and UX methodologies.
• Strong visual design skills and ability to design accessible, modern interfaces.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage complexity with attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with two-sided marketplaces, enterprise products, or multi-role workflows.
• Familiarity with AI-powered features or conversational interfaces.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge to collaborate with engineering.
• Experience with analytics tools and data-informed design.
• Exposure to video, streaming, scheduling, or real-time collaboration interfaces.
• Experience contributing to or building large-scale design systems.
