What you will do

• Own outbound top-of-funnel activity for Enterprise and large mid-market accounts.
• Build high-quality pipeline using smart, multichannel sequencing across email, phone, LinkedIn, and video.
• Use HubSpot, Outreach, or similar tools to build, optimize, and analyze sequences.
• Research accounts, tailor outreach, and book qualified meetings that convert into real opportunities.
• Partner with Account Executives on target lists, account strategies, and multi-threaded outreach.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and persona-focused content to consistently hit monthly SQO and pipeline creation targets.

Requirements

• Strong track record of outbound pipeline creation.
• Experience engaging high-value organizations across North America.
• Preference for candidates with experience working with large retailers.
• Proficiency in sales tools like HubSpot, Outreach, or similar.
• Ability to optimize outbound messaging based on conversion data and performance insights.
