What you will do
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel and reseller partners aligned with hirify.global’s strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, serving as the primary liaison.
- Equip partners with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively position and sell solutions.
- Drive partner-led sales opportunities to meet or exceed revenue and channel performance goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop joint go-to-market initiatives and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and provide market intelligence to inform product and pricing strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an Account Executive, Strategic Account Executive or Channel/Partner sales role, preferably in SaaS, AI, or enterprise software.
- Proven success in building, managing, and selling through partner ecosystems that drive measurable revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of B2B technology sales, indirect go-to-market models, and partner incentives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM, partner management, and prospecting tools (e.g., HubSpot, PartnerStack/Partnerbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Ability to work in an onsite environment in Sunnyvale or New York City.
