TL;DR

Location: Primarily based in the US with up to 25% travel required

What you will do

  • Build pipeline and drive revenue by acquiring new customers.
  • Prospect through outbound phone, networking, and social media to generate leads.
  • Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting within Salesforce.
  • Work closely with the hirify.global channel team to build relationships and drive funnel.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of outside sales enterprise SaaS experience.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience selling at the C-level.
  • Proven track record of sales excellence and as a sales hunter and closer.
  • Superior professional presence and business acumen.
  • Familiarity with channel and direct selling models.
  • Previous experience using prospecting cadence tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, or Hubspot.

Nice to have

  • CCaaS or UCaaS experience with enterprise accounts.
  • Knowledge of the CCaaS space.
  • Extensive knowledge of territory or accounts assigned.
  • BA/BS Degree.
