What you will do

• Lead legal tech strategy, including vision, roadmap, and delivery of tools to improve team efficiency and connectivity.
• Oversee and optimize legal systems and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business needs and budget management.
• Collaborate across Legal, Policy, IT, Finance, and Business Operations to implement technology solutions that streamline workflows.
• Design solutions connecting business needs with technology, managing vendor relationships for measurable value.
• Lead cross-functional projects advancing automation, AI, and data-driven insights within the organization.
• Create operational excellence by identifying and acting on improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the US or able to work remotely within US time zones.
• 8+ years experience in legal operations, tech strategy, or related operations roles.
• Proven leadership in automation or AI initiatives delivering measurable improvements.
• Strong budget, timeline, and stakeholder management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills translating technical details into business value.
• Familiarity with legal platforms like DocuSign CLM and workflow automation tools.
