Salary: San Jose: $112,500 - $135,000 USD; Draper, UT: $95,700 - $114,800 USD

What you will do

• Oversee and manage bank implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on banking integrations, troubleshooting sync errors, and optimizing workflows.
• Develop and execute clear project plans with minimal guidance, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify process improvements and contribute to team initiatives and knowledge sharing.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and buy-in across teams.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4+ years related experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in bank implementation, technical project management, and team leadership.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt style to audience and build positive relationships.
• Proactive, accountable, and growth-oriented mindset, with a track record of driving results and continuous improvement.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk) and a passion for fintech innovation.
