What you will do

• Manage the project lifecycle from pre-kickoff to closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and schedules for successful execution.
• Create project collateral and artifacts to build an effective project management practice.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, gather information, and provide updates.
• Lead and manage a team of technical resources, including engineers and consultants.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, developing contingency plans.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, product, and support teams.
• Conduct project post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident and based solely on U.S. soil.
• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects, specifically in the security domain.
• Strong understanding of SIEM solutions, including architecture, functionality, and implementation.
• Proven experience managing projects using standard methodologies like Waterfall and Agile.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, risk management, and team management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with SIEM solutions such as Splunk, IBM QRadar, Exabeam, or LogRhythm.
• Certification in project management, such as PMP.
• Experience with cloud-based SIEM solutions.
